Conditions of sale of Compagnie des Bois
Reservations are made according to these conditions of sale.
You are invited to read them carefully as you will be asked to accept them to validate and guarantee your reservation.
Terms of cancelation
You will find, in the box below, the amount of fees charged in the event of cancellation.
If your reservation includes a reservation fee, please note that these are non-refundable.
It is advisable to cancel as soon as possible once the cause of cancellation has arisen.
Cancellation fees
You confirm the cancellation of your stay:
- at least 30 days before the planned arrival date: no cancellation fees
- between 5 to 30 days before the planned arrival date: 50% of the amount of the stay
- less than 5 days before the planned arrival date: 100% of the amount of the stay
In the event of a NO SHOW (you do not show up, you do not tell us): 100% of the amount of the stay
Taxes
Prices are displayed inclusive of all taxes/VAT.
Special Responsibilities
We decline all responsibility in the event of an accident or theft in the parking lot or within the grounds of the Domaine.
Arrival time / Departure time
Arrivals are from 4pm and no later than 7pm.
Reception is open until 9:00 pm.

Departures must be no later than 11:00 am.

If accommodation is available, a supplement of €20.00 will be charged for each hour of early arrival or late departure.
We recommend that you use the "Comments or additional information" box on the booking form to let us know your estimated time of arrival, especially if it is late.
Payment and validation of the reservation
You will find, in the box below, the financial commitment that will be required from you to validate and guarantee your reservation.
Payments must be made either with a VISA, EUROCARD / MASTERCARD card through the secure Internet pages of the PayPal service), or by means of a bank transfer. Your account will be debited in the currency indicated in the box below.
In the case of payment by credit card, all data exchanged during the procedure is encrypted with an SSL (Secured Socket Layer) protocol up to 128 bits. In addition, the processing of this transaction being operated by PayPal (data security and encryption), you are assured that we are never in possession of your banking details.
In the case of a bank transfer, instructions for making the transfer will be communicated to you in your confirmation email.
Generally, this payment must be made within 24 hours of your reservation.

Any extras (bar, breakfast, wood, etc.) which are not explicitly included in the rates will be payable directly on site.
Payment and billing currency
All stays are payable in cash at the time of booking. The full amount of additional charges related to your stay is payable after your arrival.
